Factory sealed returns. Shihan.com does not offer refunds on its DVD purchases. If the wrong title is ordered, we will offer you a store credit towards the DVD product of your choice-minus shipping charges. Any DVD product that is returned for credit, must be unopened and in its factory shrink-wrap. There will also be an additional shipping charge to send the new DVDs.
